At microscopIA, we aim to provide flexible and accommodating booking services. Understanding that schedules can change, we offer a re-scheduling option for our users. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for re-scheduling your bookings on our platform. Re-scheduling a Booking: Eligibility: You can re-schedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service. Procedure: To re-schedule, please log in to your microscopIA account and go to "My Bookings." Here, you can choose a new date and time for your service, subject to availability. Restriction: Re-scheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled service start time. Cancellation by the User: Policy: While we do not offer refunds for cancellations, you have the option to re-schedule your booking as per the conditions mentioned above. Last-Minute Cancellation: If you are unable to re-schedule and choose to cancel your booking within 24 hours of the service start time, please be aware that we cannot offer a refund or re-scheduling option due to the short notice. No-Show Policy: Definition: A 'no-show' occurs when a user fails to log into the scheduled service within 15 minutes of the start time without prior re-scheduling or notification. Consequence: In the case of a no-show, the user forfeits the ability to re-schedule, and no refund will be provided. Cancellation by microscopIA: Service Adjustments: In the rare event that microscopIA must cancel a booked service, we will notify you promptly and provide an opportunity to re-schedule your booking at a convenient time. Communication: All notifications regarding cancellations by microscopIA will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
